We offer our own type-series of frames and tables along with housings and operator panels compatible with them. Our frames for granite tabletops are distinct from those available on the market: thanks to the FMS floating mounting system. This solution is dedicated, above all, for precision robotic measurement stations where, despite the table’s large mass, we wish to prevent the negative effects of dynamic forces arising due to robot arm accelerations.

FMS prevents the occurrence of stresses in the table as a result of its different thermal expansion with respect to the frame, which, under production conditions, may be very large, and simultaneously joins these two elements with one another. In addition, by anchoring the table’s frame to the floor, we achieve a stable position of the robot with respect to the surroundings, which is particularly significant in re-loading applications. The table essentially rests on the floor via the frame and oscillating supports only at three points, at which the mounting plane is leveled.
