ROBOTS
We prefer Mitsubishi brand robots. Every ENKi robot system includes, in its standard license, an interface for communication with Mitsubishi controllers. All robots integrated by us in precise measuring applications that require high repeatability and accuracy of positioning are checked in our laboratory on CMM machines. During such diagnosis, the system can be expanded by our original P and PP accuracy packages
ENKi robot P
An accuracy package making it possible to apply an error map to a robot control program. This option ensures positioning accuracy at the level of the robot’s repeatability and is dedicated for precise, large-series application where frequent interference in the robot control program is not required.
ENKi robot PP
An accuracy package defining any accuracy of a machine for any robot control program, however no better than twice the repeatability. This solution is intended for application requiring frequent editing of robot control programs.
ENKi robot is interoperable with the majority of robots available on the market. As a software option, we offer interfaces communicating with machines from manufacturers other than Mitsubishi. These may be robots used by the customer or other robots indicated by them in the integration process.
We offer 6-axis arm robots and 4-axis SCARA robots. These machines may be expanded by a temperature card, which substantially improves maintenance of the repeatability parameter at variable temperatures. From the range of Mitsubishi robots, we recommend the following models due to their very good accuracy and repeatability.
