ORIGINS
ENKi System is an environment for integrating production and control devices available on the market, was designed in response to the needs of our customers. The increasingly high-quality requirements posed towards products necessitate more precise production processes with maximum emphasis on the automation of these activities. For example, in the integration of measurement processes Enki System fills the gap between manual measurement with a so-called gauge and a CMM coordinate machine while simultaneously raising the accuracy and speed of measurement with respect to manual measurement. And so, the concept of automatic control in a production line of even 100% manufactured products was born, so-called In Line Measurement.
A FEW WORDS ABOUT ENKi SYSTEM
ENKi System is a solution that integrates production and measuring equipment existing on the market, and above all, constitutes a never-before-seen, flexible platform that enables adaptation of a system for control of any physical quantities in a production line. High flexibility results not only in faster application of the control system in production but also facilitates its future modification and reconstruction in the future, starting from grips, through sensors, automation, robots and tables, and ending with bodies and housings. Nearly twenty years of experience in designing precision tools have made this system a dedicated solution for measurements of position, length and angle, however it may also easily be used to integrate such physical quantities as mass, force, temperature, pressure, etc. – this is only a matter of integrating measuring systems available on the market.
ENKi System has been designed for integrating in a line under production conditions – so-called In Line Measurement. However, it can work as an individual production loading measuring, loading and measuring station or just as a measuring station, and measured values may be archived locally or on any server. In its standard version, the system is based on database solutions, which enable easy access, filtering and processing of gathered results.
ENKi System was created and will be developed further by the best companies from the mechanical, metrological, robotics and electro-informational industries.
