ENKi SYSTEM uses GG Tech Software, which was written mainly for the integration of commercially available measuring devices
GG lite
This is the basis of software enabling definition of sensors and building of measurement plans for manual performance. The lite level is dedicated for operation of manual measuring instruments equipped with electronic sensors, vernier scales and Go/NoGo gauges. The system has a conversion interface for calculating indirect parameters.
GG auto
The software contains everything from the GG lite package and has an additional interface for communication with PLC controllers. Such a solution enables automatic or semi-automatic operation of the measuring system.
GG robot
This level of software has all of the functionalities of the base GG lite package as well as plug-ins for robot controllers. The system makes it possible to connect robots from any manufacturer, but the free plug-in equipment we prefer are all Mitsubishi models.
Robots can work in loading or measuring mode, or if the time of the production cycle allows – in both modes simultaneously. This is a very favorable solution due to the absence of additional costs in automatic measuring seats of the type: CMM + loading robot.
GG scan
This is an integration service for scanning stations that can be expanded by the GG lite package, which is the basis of In line Measurement with the database included as standard. The implementation is based on the Metrolog X-4 system as well as a scanner + tracker.
GG view
This is a tool for browsing and analyzing measurement results. It does not require installation on a local computer, as it is launched in a web browser. Measurement results can be tracked on-line from any point in the network.
OPCJE
Temperature compensation TC – option for compensation of temperature expansions in precise measuring applications. The TC option boils down to analysis of a specific measuring system solution, installation of temperature measurement sensors and expansion of software by registration of temperatures along with compensation values.
Flexible temperature compensation FTC – a module expanding the software with a user interface that enables creation of custom temperature compensation models and editing of existing models
Accuracy package P – an accuracy package enabling the application of an error map for a specific measurement solution. The option makes it possible to correct measurement results by systematic errors of positioning systems, instruments, robots, etc.
Accuracy package PP – an accuracy package available only in programmable manipulators. This option defines any accuracy of a machine for any control program, however no better than twice the repeatability. For example, for a robot with repeatability ±0.02mm and positioning accuracy ±0.15mm, the package inputs position corrections, increasing the positioning accuracy to a value of approx. ±0.04mm.
Continuous operation 24/7 – option maintaining the condition of the measuring system in four-shift production mode. This option is available only for Mitsubishi robots with an active PP package.
Linux Operating System – has been introduced in lite and view due to the purpose of these versions as low-budget modules dedicated for support of existing instruments.
